Very entertaining, but it takes too long to get through different episodes. But I liked the game very much.

I really like this game. The only problem though, is that I got the new update and I cant even play the game anymore. It lets me on, but doesnt let me touch anything because the content is loading. The restaurants shouldnt have to always download the content after every update. Otherwise though, the game is very fun. For a suggestion, it should be a little bit easier to earn and get gold though. I am very glad that I got this game over all.

I want to preface this by saying prior to the last update, I would have rated this game a five. I have played this game for probably a year now & have loved almost every update. I have noticed that each level has become increasingly harder to beat & that upgrading every food item to full capacity & fixing pretty much everything in the kitchen became necessity to get five stars. In addition the amount of gold needed to make these upgrades was becoming increasingly large. But unlike many reviewers I am patient. I rack up free gold wherever I can & I strategically make upgrades. And sometimes I wait several days of free gold in order to upgrade a single food item. If you want to be cheap there are ways to do it & Im not going to twist my panties in a bunch about it. When Im feeling extra impatient or I MUST unlock the newest episode immediately I spend the few bucks for the additional gold. This is how it works. They cant give you everything for free! HOWEVER I do not like a game that goes backwards with an update. First off, the update is a joke. It says a new level is available but its the same concourse that came out a month & two updates ago. I had already beat pieces of ate before I even did this update. Why lie & say a new level is there when its not new at all? It looks fishy (no pun intended) on Glus part. The new daily goals are cool. Dont mind earning an extra three gold a day. However its not a fair trade off when many of my favorite prep recipes now take much longer to make. Why an extra 4-5 hours on the mad hatter recipe? Was the original 16 hour prep time just not enough? Its frustrating & its aggravating. Theres no reason for it. I earn an extra three gold just to waste them on making prep recipes faster? Its a rip off & not worth the extra gold. Im over it. Ill still play but Ill be damned if I spend my money anymore. I didnt mind it when it was on my own terms & for what I wanted. But I dont like having to pay into the game when Im receiving less than what I started with. Its like if my gym membership went up an extra $20 but they took out half the machines but added an extra massage chair. It doesnt even itself out.

I love this game. It is challenging but fun. Keeps me wanting to come back for more.

I love diner dash and every time a new one comes out I get it but this one is really hard I wish I could just pay a certain amount of money and unlock the shows and gold bars should be easier to get it costs a lot of bats to upgrade some things

The game is fun but unless you are willing to spend money (and a lot of it) you cant upgrade to do well at the levels. Also I would like to try the different venues but again they are ridiculously expensive.

I enjoy playing this game I just wish it wouldnt cost so much to upgrade ur stuff I would play it more if not for that u dont earn enough coins in the kitchens for the upgrades

The game is fun, but the taco station is to long and confusing! It appears to excel in the game you have to spend money. Where are the instructions to refer back to? Fun, but Ill be removing this one!

A LOT more advertising lately, in addition to needing to wait a long time to acquire gold to do upgrades ... upgrades for each different venue - theyre really putting on the pressure for people to invest money in their gimmick, uh, game - they want "gold" for every little thing. Its really frustrating when the player has already attained upgrades/gold and then need to start all over again. And some of the levels are rigged so you cant serve all the customers and get all 5 stars even if you have all the upgrades.

This game is fun but it relies too much on needing gold. I have several of the venues and they get to the point where it becomes hard to play and you eventually give up. I went a couple months without playing because it became too hard. Not sure how people can play for a couple hours when it takes some rounds several tries. Either they need to make it more possible to get gold or to make it a little bit easier.

Great game but it seems that in order to get anywhere you have to start spending gold and gold cost money. A lot of money. I really like the game too but this aspect is pretty much soaking the fun right out of it.

Used to be one of my favorites. Can also each kids multitasking. But it is no longer a fun game but a gambling thing. Everything needs money, and everything is ridiculously expensive (10 bucks for 120 gold coins which buys you an "auto chef"). Lots of in game purchase and also asks you to watch ads to earn right to play.

Ive spent close to 300 actual dollars to get enough gold to upgrade within this game. When has any actual game ever come close to that (video/board games)? I could have bought an entire gaming console for that amount of money. Its an addicting game but they keep increasing prices and this new update increases prep recipe time?? I appreciate the daily challenges but thats it. I will definitely need to delete this ASAP before it drains my bank account. GREED! Not right

I have been waiting for a new dash game. I would have given 5 stars but you have to spend too much money. Everything costs gold as well as coins. I am not sure if I am going to keep playing.

Cannot download the new episodes, even the taco train one. It become super hard to play at the last several episodes. You need gold and money, or at least watch pretty much ads...

Thank you for the daily goals! But 1)dont decrease the amount of gold we get each day from watching ads because itll kind of defeat the purpose. Dont be greedy guys ok and then maybe Ill actually spend real money on this since this is the only game app on my phone and Id spend real $ if it wasnt because 10 gold isnt even a lot of gold now. Also after reading the reviews I realized the time for prep kitchen recipes hasnt gotten longer for me so thats kind of weird? And 2) One thing Ive noticed is that the game lags for me sometimes and no one has reported lags so it could be something with my phone. Is there anything causing the annoying lags :(?

Thank you for the restaurants, new features for each location and the opportunity to advance over time without being forced to spend money to keep moving forward. Even the new Earth Day event is cool!

This is a super fun game but be prepared to spend money for upgrades, etc. Or be ready to watch many many many free videos for good.

Cost to purchase gold and coins gets pretty spendy.
