Upset!

This is the second time an update takes me back to level 1! I dont understand why that happens, I love this game its so much fun. But I spent so much time in it to restart all over again, its not fair!
Good thing I never used my own money to buy anything, but my friend did and that was lost for her too.
Unfortunately I will no longer play this game, I dont want to advance just to restart at level 1 AGAIN!
